Refund Policy
Last updated: July 18, 2026
what-o is a monthly SaaS subscription service. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. This policy explains how we handle cancellations and refund requests without limiting mandatory rights that may apply by law.
1Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with no card required. If you do not activate a paid plan when the trial ends, your channels are paused and we preserve your connections and settings.
2Cancellations
You may cancel anytime from the what-o dashboard or Paddle customer portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals and, unless a refund is approved, access remains active until the end of the paid period.
3Refunds
- Requests are reviewed case by case, considering usage, purchase date, technical issues, and applicable law.
- If a material defect prevents you from using purchased features and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may request a refund.
- We do not promise automatic refunds for partial periods or non-use, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- If a refund is approved, Pro access may end and connected channels may be paused.
4How to Request a Refund
Use the support link in your Paddle receipt, open the customer portal from your dashboard, or contact us at whato.info@gmail.com. You can also use Paddle buyer support at paddle.net.
