These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the what-o platform, operated by MENDOZA ALEMYA ADDONIS ALFREDO. By creating an account or using the Platform, you accept these Terms in full.

1Paddle

Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Plainly: purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, payment support, and transaction-related return requests.

2Service Description

what-o is a SaaS conversational automation platform powered by AI. It lets businesses connect WhatsApp Business, Instagram Direct, and web chat to an AI assistant that answers questions, books appointments, processes payment-related flows, and escalates to humans when needed.

3Registration and Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for your account and credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • One account per person or legal entity.

4Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required. When the trial ends, service is suspended until you subscribe to a paid plan.

5Subscriptions

  • Prices are stated in US dollars (USD).
  • Payments are processed through Paddle. Depending on country and payment method, Paddle may show taxes, local currency, or applicable conversion before purchase confirmation.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically every month.
  • You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6Acceptable Use

  • Do not send spam, unsolicited messages, or illegal content.
  • Do not use the service for fraudulent or deceptive activities.
  • Do not try to access accounts or data belonging to others.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform.
  • Do not violate Meta policies, AI provider policies, or applicable law.

7Intellectual Property

  • The Platform, code, design, and brand belong to MENDOZA ALEMYA ADDONIS ALFREDO.
  • Content you upload remains yours.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

8Artificial Intelligence

AI-generated responses are automatic and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and supervising assistant replies, especially for critical conversations.

9Google Calendar Integration

  • By connecting Google Calendar, you authorize what-o to check availability and create, update, or delete scheduling events managed through the Platform.
  • You must be authorized to use the connected calendar and are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of times, services, contact details, rescheduling, and cancellations.
  • Automatic scheduling depends on information provided by your customers, business settings, and Google Calendar availability. what-o does not guarantee that every appointment will be free from errors or external conflicts.
  • You can revoke access from Assistant settings or your Google Account permissions. Revocation prevents new operations but does not automatically delete events already created or records we must retain under the Privacy Policy.
  • Google Calendar is an independent Google service. what-o is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

10Availability and Termination

We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. You may close your account anytime, and we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Montevideo, Uruguay.

12Refund Policy

Refund eligibility and handling are governed by our Refund Policy and by Paddle buyer policies where applicable. If you cancel before the end of a billing cycle, you keep access until the paid period ends unless a refund is approved and access should be suspended. Refund Policy
